Payment

When you place an order with Seashore Footprints, your payment will be processed in euros by Paypal. Paypal is a secure online payment method, which allows you to pay for your order quickly and easily. Paypal process a wide range of credit and debit cards so you do not need a Paypal account in order to buy with us.

Please note that customers’ financial details are not retained; address, contact information and order history is the only account information that we will store for a more personal service.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped please contact me and you will be given a full refund including Postage and Packing costs within 5 working days.

Returns

All items are checked before shipping by myself. However if the goods you receive are found to be faulty or you are unhappy with them, please state the nature of the fault and return the item (still in new condition) within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

Please note that Postage and Packing is non-refundable and return postage is the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning an item, so you are advised to take out sufficient postal insurance to cover their value. Refunds will be paid within 30 days.
