All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in GBP. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Taxes and shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment provider. We do not store any card or payment details.

Eligibility for Returns

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return

Please contact us at katrina.seashorefootprints@gmail.com to arrange a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Exceptions

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
